I really like this fic! It goes against so many other things I read; it's realistic. Being on the run won't 'bring them closer together.' And it will haunt them for the rest of their lives.
One of the best sentences I've ever read in a PB fanfic:
"Every night we spend together for the rest of our lives, we cling to each other in fear."
I can visualize the desperation they experience each night. Picturing this sentences physically makes me ache.
Is this a one-shot? It definitely works as a one-shot but I crave a 5-6 chapter fic out of this brillant idea. I'm looking forward to anything you might add...
