Michael placed the last bag down by the stairs then walked around the sofa, sitting down beside Sara, he reached out, taking Lorelei’s tiny hand in his and she turned her head to look at him.

“You know its going to be nice having all the kids back in the house.” Sara said.

“Well to be fair, now that LJ and Nika seemed to have worked things out, I’m sure he’ll be going back to school soon.” Michael pointed out.

“Its still the same.” She replied. She settled back against the sofa cushions and cradled Lorelei in her arms. “Its just nice having them back, all of them.”

“I know what you mean.” He answered. He glanced over at the baby monitor that sat on the coffee table and heard Caleb crying. He leant over, kissed Sara on the cheek and then stood up.

“He probably just needs changing.”

“I’ve got it.” he told her.

Stuart folded his arms across his chest, but a moment later he dropped them to his sides. He was watching Lincoln inspect the bike, and he still wasn’t sure what his boyfriend thought of it, because Lincoln hadn’t said a word.

“Uh Linc, are you going to say anything, at all?” He stepped a little closer. “Cos kinda nervous here.”

Lincoln glanced up at him. “Are you serious?”

Stuart shrugged his shoulders. “Not usually, but there’s some serious there right now, yeah.”

Lincoln stood up and moved towards him. “No, I’m serious, are you?”

“This is the gift Lincoln, so yeah its pretty damn serious. But if you don’t like it, well then….”

“Don’t you dare.” Lincoln replied, shaking his head. “I’m just in a bit of, shock right now. You really got this for me?”

A smile played across his lips, and he nodded back at him. “Yeah, I really did.”

“You’re amazing you know that.” He placed his hand on Stuart’s arm.

“So I take it you like it then?”

“Are you kidding me, this is definitely in the top five greatest things ever.”

“Top five huh?” Stuart laughed.

“Well yeah, there is a bit of a list there now, kinda goes with you, LJ, Lorelei and now this.”

“Ok, so what’s the fifth thing?” Stuart asked, raising an eyebrow at him.

Lincoln started to smile and dropped his hand. “Was kinda thinking this.” He leant forward, capturing Stuart’s mouth his own. His hands running down the other man’s chest and stomach until his palm was pressing against his crotch.

“God damn it Linc.” Stuart moaned against his mouth.

“Yeah, you’re gonna argue with it now? Top five right.”

Stuart shook his head. “No, can’t argue with that, and yeah, to uh top five, uh huh.”

Lincoln smiled back at him, kissed him once and turned back to the bike.

“So that’s what you leave me with?” Stuart grinned at him.

Lincoln looked back at him and shook his head. “Yeah, that’s all you’re getting.” He took a few steps back, and Stuart nodded once, before moving towards him.

Lincoln reached out and grabbed his hand, pulling him closer, he pushed him against the bike, and kneeling down on the floor, his fingers grasping at the zip, he pulled the offending fabric away, but at the same time, he quickly glanced at the door.

“You think we’re safe?”

Stuart nodded back at him, his breath catching in his throat. “Oh yeah, I don’t think we… have to worry about that.”

Lincoln didn’t answer, with his hand gripping Stuart’s side, he took him in his mouth, and was decidedly pleased when Stuart moaned, his fingers running over Lincoln’s cropped hair.

Michael made his way back into the living room, and sitting down on the sofa, his eyes caught the banner that LJ had hung across the room.

“They didn’t even see it did they?” He laughed.

Sara turned in her seat to look at it and smiled. “No, they didn’t have time to see it, but I’m sure that they will, and I‘m sure they will find it hilarious.”

Michael shook his head, still smiling. “So that was Gretchen’s idea right, because I‘m slightly disturbed.?”

Sara nodded back at him. “Something like that, and yes that pretty much goes without saying.”

“So, why are we friends with her again?”

Sara glanced up at him, she didn’t say anything, she just smiled.

“No really have you seen that banner? Because where on earth did they get it from?” Michael questioned her. “I know Gretchen gives them hell occasionally, but that right there, is just…”

“Michael.” She laughed. “I don’t imagine that it will be up there for long, not when Linc sees it.”

“When he sees what?”

Michael glanced up to see LJ standing at the bottom of the stairs.

“its cool huh.”

Michael raised an eyebrow at him. “Well if you say so.”

“I do.” He pointed to the banner. “Guy + Guy, and you like the little motorbike there.”

“I’m a little worried about you right now LJ.”

LJ just smiled back at him.

“So, you think that we should get back inside?” Stuart asked as he zipped his jeans back up.

“You really want to?”

He shrugged his shoulders. “Well, I wouldn’t mind staying out here, but they’re still inside and all.”

Lincoln took another look at the bike and then grabbed Stuart’s hand, pulling him towards the door.

When they were back in the living room, they saw Michael and Sara sitting on the sofa, LJ at the bottom of the stairs.

“So.” LJ asked.

“Yeah, like you didn’t already know.” Lincoln answered.

LJ nodded back at him. “Yeah I did. Its fucking awesome aye?”

“That it is.”

“Oh my fucking god.” Stuart cried out.

Michael and LJ started laughing, while Lincoln stood there wondering what the hell was going on, then Stuart grabbed his arm and spun him around.

“Oh yeah, you’re fucking hilarious.” Lincoln said.

“I thought it was pretty damn funny and funny that you didn’t notice it before. Its cool right.”

“Guy + Guy + Motorbike = Sex.” Stuart said, seeing the funny side, he started to laugh. “Let me guess, Gretch had something to do with this?”

“Well you have met her before, so yeah.”

Lincoln glanced over at his son, “You’re damaged, you know that right.”

“I do know that, and I blame it on you.” He grinned back.

“OK, and with that, I think we’re going to call it a night.” Lincoln replied.

“Uh, what about Lore?” Stuart asked.

“Don’t worry about her, we’ve got it.” Sara told them. “Really, its fine.”

“Well I did almost lose an arm with you trying to get to her.” Lincoln said, and Sara rolled her eyes at him. “Thanks.”

Stuart was decidedly pleased about that, that Sara was going to take care of Lorelei, maybe tonight he would actually go through with it and ask, no time like the present and all that.
